Random day at my job.

Just for a change of pace, I thought I'd post how my job went the other day. (When I left saying "I'm getting blamed for someone pissing down the vent")

Background.. I work at a group home for mentally challenged people (I'm keeping this as un-PC as possible, for translation purposes). The case manager of one of the guys went on vacation so a part time girl stepped up to help out. She took him everywhere. He's narcissistic. He's been flushing a roll of toilet paper and a box of Kleenex down his toilet a day. So we made him pay for his own. Well, the part time girl did the same. And she took him grocery shopping. And when you're a narcissist, any attention is good attention.

So he was mad and he peed himself in the parking lot of the grocery store. And she made him sit like that the rest of the way home. He peed on himself so that way, in his mind, someone would have to touch him. Didn't happen.

So he's back at the house. He goes to the bathroom to clean up and he pees down the vent in his bathroom.

I get blamed because I should of known he was going to try doing something. I got unblamed when I said there were people working that day who've been working with him for the past 30 years. They should of done something.

Ya, good times.

Next will be the story of how another guy ripped his finger nails off to get band aids so he could eat them..

Working. They fired half of upper management and it's that time of the year when everyone takes a vacation. I've been doing 60 hour weekends.
