I would like to add:
If you download that ShinMegamiTenseiSetup.exe and run it,
it will unpack?/install? some files into a folder
Place all of them into your old Aeriagames\Megaten folder
and replace the already existing files.
After that run the ImagineUpdate.exe and it will update/verify.
Now you should be ready to play
